If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Agreement as amended, you must stop using the Orchestr8 Services (as defined below) or, if applicable, cancel your Orchestr8 Services subscription. You will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement as amended if you continue to use any of the Orchestr8 Services after any amendments are posted on the Site.

• 1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

  Orchestr8 is the sole owner of the information collected using Orchestr8 Services. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

• 2. REGISTRATION

  In order to use certain portions of the Orchestr8 Services, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address and company name). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Users are not required to complete any registration form to use our site, however, access to certain areas on our site and downloads may be restricted to registered visitors.

  Orchestr8 utilizes HTTP Cookies to facilitate certain aspects of Orchestr8 Services operation, including authenticating, tracking, and maintaining specific information about users, such as user preferences. You are free to disable usage of HTTP Cookies within your web browser, but this may impede the proper operation of specific Orchestr8 Services features.

  Orchestr8 gathers information on IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

  This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Orchestr8 is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. • 6. LEGALLY AFFILIATED ENTITIES

  In the event that Orchestr8 is merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Orchestr8 Services or operations, Orchestr8 may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the event of such a transfer, Orchestr8 will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership of Orchestr8 resulting in a change of control of your personal information.
